The MDA History window shows the before and after statistics snapshots created when the archive utility runs. This is especially useful when beginning to use MFD Data Archive and need to plan how long it will take to archive certain amounts of data.
The MDA History window opens automatically after archiving MOs or Archived BOMs.

| Archive | Select an archive from the dropdown list. |
| Show | ALL – Displays all tables in the snapshot
Changed – Displays only those where the record count changed. |
| Display In | Changes the unit of measure for the data fields. Options are:

End Date/Time |
When the Remove MO or Remove Archive BOM process starts, MFG Data Archive records the Start Date/Time. When the process completes it records the End Date/Time. |
| Elapsed Min (or Hrs) | Depending on how much time has elapsed, this field will display the elapsed time in minutes or hours. If the process runs for more than 1-day the elapsed time will be in hours. |
| kB per Min | The volume of data moved per unit of time. The field is calculated using the elapsed min/hrs and the Display In setting (kB, MB or GB). |
| MOs Moved | Displays the total number of MOs moved. |
| MOs per Min | Displays the calculated number of MOs moved per min/hr. The min/hr setting depends on the Elapsed time reading. |
| Rows | Displays the total number of rows of data removed from all tables during the archive. |
| Data | Displays the total number of (kB, MB, GB) recovered by removing data from tables during the archive. |
| Index | Display the total number of (kB, MB, GB) recovered by removing data from indexes during the archive. |
| Total | Displays the total amount of disk space recovered in the Company Database from archiving data. |
